You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. Appointments

Requests submitted through the portal are not confirmed until our team reviews and approves them. Cancellation and no-show policies may apply.

5. Telehealth

Telehealth visits require a compatible device, reliable internet, and a private location. Recordings are not made without explicit consent.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious content, or harass staff or other users.

7. Intellectual Property
